What types of payment do you accept?\u00a0\u00a0<\/h2>

We accept payment in cash, Visa or Mastercard credit cards, bank cheques and ANCV holiday vouchers.<\/p>

Are accessories included in the price?\u00a0<\/h2>

Yes, all the accessories available at La Cyclerie are included, with the exception of child seats and baskets. And if you do get a puncture, the repair of the first puncture per bike is also included.\u00a0<\/p>

How much do you charge at the time of booking?\u00a0\u00a0<\/h2>

If you make a reservation, we will only deduct 10% from the total amount of your reservation as a deposit. This gives you the option of settling the contract when you collect the bikes from the shop or when they are delivered to your home, whichever way you prefer. In the event of cancellation, we undertake to refund the 10%, except in the case of late cancellation, i.e. less than 2 days before the date of collection of the bikes.\u00a0<\/p>

Speaking of punctures, what does my insurance cover? What if my bike is stolen?\u00a0\u00a0<\/h2>

The insurance mainly covers you in the event of theft, but an excess of 30% of the bike's market value applies. In the event of breakage, the excess is 10%. Of course, if the cost of repairing the breakage is less than the excess, we will only charge you for the repair. Please note that if your bike is stolen, you must report it immediately to the police, otherwise the insurance will not apply. Finally, if you have not taken out insurance, the full value of the bike will be reimbursed in the event of theft.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

What size bike is right for my children?\u00a0\u00a0<\/h2>

12\u2033 pitchoun bikes with stabilisers from 3 years up to 1m. 18\u2033 pitchoun bikes from 4 to 7 years old, from 1m to 1m20 (stabilisers can be added)<\/p>

MTB 20\u2033 from 6 to 8 years old, from 1m20 to 1m35. VTT 24\u2033 from 8 years to +, from 1m35 to 1m55 approximately.<\/p>

How do I collect my reserved bikes?\u00a0<\/h2>

\u00a0<\/strong>Come and collect them directly from the shop on the day, in L\u00e9on at 27 place du docteur Dufau, with your booking voucher or ID.\u00a0<\/p>

What if I choose to have my order delivered?\u00a0<\/h2>

When you book online, you specify your holiday address and the desired delivery time slot, which we will validate as quickly as possible. When the bikes are delivered, you and our driver agree on an appointment to collect the equipment at the end of your stay.\u00a0<\/p>

Please note that delivery times will be restricted in summer.\u00a0<\/p>
