What types of payment do you accept?<\/h2>

We accept cash payments, Visa or Mastercard credit cards, bank checks and ANCV holiday check.<\/p>

Are accessories included in the price?<\/h2>

Yes, all accessories available at La Cyclerie are included with the exception of child seats and baskets. And if you come to burst a wheel, the repair of the first puncture by bike is also included.<\/p>

How much do you pick up when booking ?<\/h2>

In case of booking via the platform of our partner Elloha, we collect a deposit of 10% of the total amount of the order. This as confirmation. The rest is due when removing the bikes in store or during home delivery. In case of cancellation before 2 days of the date of withdrawal of the bicycles, you can ask for the total refund of the deposit. Delivery time will be limited in summer.<\/p>

Speaking of punctures, how do I get covered by the insurance ? What happen if my bike is stolen ?<\/h2>

The insurance covers you mainly in case of theft but a deductible of 30% of the market value of the bike applies. In case of breakage this deductible is 10%. Of course, if the repair of the breakage is less important than the cost of the franchise, we only charge you for the repair. Be careful, if your bike is stolen, you must immediately declare it in gendarmerie otherwise the insurance does not apply. Finally, if you have not subscribed to the insurance then the total value of the bike is to be refunded in case of theft.<\/p>

Which size is right for my kids?<\/h2>

12 \" pitchoun bikes with stabilizers from 3 years old up to 1m<\/p>

16\u2033 pitchoun bicycles from 4 to 7 years, from 1m to 1m20 (possibility of adding stabilizers)<\/p>

20 \" MTB from 6 to 8 years, from 1m20 to 1m35 MTB<\/p>

24 \" from 8 years to +, from 1m35 to 1m55 approx.\u00a0<\/p>

Where do you deliver ?<\/h2>

We deliver to addresses located in the municipalities of: Vielle-saint-Girons, Linxe, Moliets-and-Maa and Saint-Michel-d'escalus<\/p>

And if a mechanical glitch happens to me ?<\/h2>

In case of puncture or other mechanical glitch try to reach the store in Leon . If you are too far from Leon, call us, we will try to find a solution. We invite you to go directly to the repairer or lessor closest to where you are. It will not charge you anything and we will take care of it. The repair of the first puncture by bike is included in the price. However if the damage is caused by you, the repair will be at your expense or covered by the insurance if you have subscribed it.<\/p>
