Home delivery
DELIVERY SERVICE
If you want to take advantage of our home delivery service, just specify hours and address in the « Comments » section at the end of your booking. We will get back to you as soon as possible to agree on organize a « rendez vous ». We deliver to Vielle-Saint-Girons, Linxe, Molietz and Saint-Michel-d’Escalus. For other towns, please contact us by phone or email.
FREE DELIVERY OF 50 €
Below this amount, the delivery service will be charged 5 € / bike, with a maximum fee of 20 € for any delivery of more than 4 bikes.
NB: The delivery service is not charged when booking. Any costs related to the delivery service (5 € / bike, max 20 €) will be paid at the time of delivery.
We accept cash payments, Visa or Mastercard credit cards, bank checks and ANCV holiday vouchers.
Yes, all accessories available to La Cyclerie are included with the exception of child seats and baskets. And if you come to burst a wheel, the repair of the first puncture by bike is also included.
In case of booking, we collect a deposit of 10% of the total amount of the order. This as confirmation. The rest is due when removing the bikes in store or during home delivery. In case of cancellation before 2 days of the date of withdrawal of the bicycles, you can ask for the total refund of the deposit.
