S’ajoute une garanti supplémentaire de 2 ans, que seul O2feel propose en France. La garantie fonctionne sur les défauts de fabrication et de matière. Toute mauvaise utilisation de votre part, qui pourrait entraîner la détérioration du cycle, ne pourra être pris en charge. A ce propos, pensez à bien enregistrer votre vélo électrique en ligne afin d’activer la garantie supplémentaire.

1. Origin motors (motors in the front or rear wheel) are ideal for those who don't want to exert themselves and just let themselves be carried along by the assistance. 
2. Shimano's STEPS E5000 motors, fitted in the crankset, are perfect for those who want to keep the sporty side of an electric bike. The higher the frequency of your pedalling, the more the assistance will be proportional to your effort. The E6100, E7000 and E8000 motors complete the range for those looking for more power than the E5000. 
3. Shimano EP8 motors, the latest generation of Shimano motors, are rated at 85 Nm! Designed for the most demanding conditions, they'll help you push back your limits!

All O2feel bikes are fitted with batteries developed in-house by the brand itself, a European exclusivity. Equipped with "high performance" NMC lithium cells. They are guaranteed for 2 years, if you follow the good battery storage practices provided in the leaflet with your bike. You can carry out up to 500 charge/discharge cycles at 100% (i.e. around 1000 cycles at 50% discharge), although it is advisable to avoid deep discharges. It is important to note that the energy capacity of your battery will undeniably decrease over the years.

Regular servicing of your electric bike is the best way to ensure its longevity, which is why we recommend that you :

1. Check the tension and lubrication of your chain. It must not be slack or dry, otherwise you risk derailing and damaging your rear derailleur.
2. Check your tyre pressure, which should be at least 3.5 bar for gentle use and 4 bar for more sporty use.
3. Tighten the front and rear brakes regularly, which will also help you spot any wheel warp.
4. Make sure that all the bolts and nuts on your electric bike (front and rear wheel nuts, mudguard bolts, stem, etc.) are tight.

We can, of course, carry out these checks for you if you wish. 

The electrical part of your bike does not require any maintenance. Don't forget to read the guide to good practice supplied with your purchase. This will preserve your battery in the event of prolonged immobilisation.
