Bicycle delivery: who, when, where, what and how?
We're delighted to offer you a free home delivery service, but unfortunately we can't deliver to everyone. Yes, as long as teleportation hasn't been invented (fortunately for us because you wouldn't be riding a bike any more...) logistical problems mean that we have to impose restrictions to allow you to benefit from this service. You'll find all the answers to your questions about delivery below.
I'd like to have my bikes delivered to my home. How long do I need to hire them for?
We only deliver bikes after 3 consecutive days' hire. A minimum of two bikes is required.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Moliets-et-Maa, Vielle-St-Girons, St-Michel d'escalus and Linxe.
For deliveries to the commune of Léon, we can provide deliveries except in July and August, as demand is too high. You won't live that far from the shop during your holidays, so you'll have to travel to us.
We are continuing our deliveries to the Laguens district (camping Petit JeanGat's natural air quality, Léon Manor etc) which is very out of the way. Don't hesitate to ask us via the "comments" tab in your booking.
I meet all the above requirements. How do I request home delivery of my bikes?

We'll get back to you shortly before your arrival (1 or 2 days before) to arrange a meeting time.
I've booked my bikes with different start dates. Can I have them delivered several times?
This is not possible. In summer, demand is enormous and we want as many families as possible to benefit from our services. However, we will collect all bikes if the dates match.
I've been able to validate the bike delivery, what do I need now?
Great news! Thank you for your booking!
As explained above, we will get back to you to arrange a delivery date. On site, we will ask you to complete the payment (you only pay a 10% deposit online) either by cash, cheque or ANCV holiday voucher. Credit cards are not accepted. We will also ask you for a deposit (either an identity document or a copy or a deposit cheque) which we will return to you at the end of your stay.
At the end of your stay, we'll arrange a time to collect your bikes.
