Pedal along the Vélodyssée
Pass through Léon, a small town in the Landes region and a stopover on the Vélodyssée and discover its typical architecture market and the friendliness of its shopkeepers. Then head for either Moliets and the ocean to the south or towards Vielle-Saint-Girons to the north.
Of course, you'll find us on the church square and be sure to say hello! (Take the opportunity to reinflate your bike, the compressor is available 😉 )

Lake Léon and the Hûchet stream reserve
Did you know that Hûchet current nature reserve was also known as the "Little Amazon"? It is so called because of its biodiversity, which is almost unique in Europe. But it's also an area that needs to be preserved, the boatmen of the Hûchet stream will show you the best practices to adopt.
There's plenty to do around the lake too. Climb trees with our friends from " Up there / adventure park "Or try your hand at Stand Up Paddle on the lake. Fancy a snack? Come and see l'épicerie du Lac next to the campsite Lou PuntaouThey're lovely and the bread is fresh in the morning!
Where to eat in Léon?
Our tip for eating on the go: The gable ! Right next door to the Cyclerie, they'll be serving simple, local cuisine at affordable prices, served copiously and washed down with big smiles.
For original vegetarian cuisine, head to l'Atelier. As well as offering cooking workshops, you'll love the quality menu served every evening.
And for the ultimate culinary experience, don't miss Tenoy House. The inn sublimates its own farm produce in a gourmet and tasty cuisine!
